In app purchases not working and customer service unresponsive.
I bought this app and liked it, but had trouble with the in app purchases. Tried to see if there was an update and they had changed the name slightly (from kitcamera to "kitcamera." then "kitcamera!") so iTunes did not recognize that I had previously bought it and I had to buy it again, same exact app, different name. The only thing that makes this app unique to me from all the other photo editing apps out there was one lens in particular you have to buy. I tried several times to purchase it and it just keeps prompting to authorize payment and wont let you leave without confirming payment over and over. So Im worried Ill have 14 purchases on my next bill for something I never got to use. It feels like a scam.
The original was far a better app. The new app has less features, at least they took away all the good ones. Now its dumbed down, and you dont have as much control over the editing itself. But its a great app for over editing and now. So much for suttle realistic photos. Bring back Kitcam
In app purchases dont work. Older versions had better controls and features. Customer service is nonexistent. I would avoid this until issues are fixed.
I feel that you guys took something that was perfect and ruined it by making something new I really wish you guys would make the old version back in with maybe a couple tweaks my favorite part of that was the the rainbow colored one that made all the colors look vibrant! Please please give us the old one back!!!
